NEXCAP® IOT is the web platform that centralizes traceability across your entire inventory: tools, equipment, consumables, spare parts, IT equipment and critical assets. It supervises your RFID cabinets, tool carts, portals, counters and tablets, and records every movement.
Your entire inventory on one screen. Items present, checked out, in maintenance or calibration, misplaced tools, open alerts: the real-time dashboard gives you the status of your facility first thing in the morning. Build your own views by workshop or production line.
FOD/FME prevention. Check the completeness of every storage location: missing tools and intruders are identified instantly.
No non-compliant tool on the shop floor. Calibration due dates, usage counts, checkout duration, breakage, loss or misplacement: you set the rules, NEXCAP® alerts the right people by email.
Audit-proof traceability. Who took what, from where, for which work order, and when it came back. A recorded movement can be neither edited nor deleted.
Individually or by quantity. Item-level tracking with RFID, QR code or barcode, or batch tracking for consumables and spare parts, with stock thresholds and replenishment.
Controlled access, on one or several sites. Rights profiles, groups, time-limited authorizations for contractors, an access matrix and data partitioning by site or program.
Connected to your information system. Work orders received from your CMMS or ERP, bulk imports, exports and automated reports.
