Our self-inventorying & connected XL RFID smart cabinets

Our XL RFID smart cabinets ensure detection and traceability of all types of industrial equipment, from hand tools, requiring calibration, to the smallest tools. Each operation is tracked via an automated real-time inventory, ensuring 100% traceability for up to 400 RFID assets*. This inventory is connected to the Information System, and can therefore be accessed remotely.

Our smart RFID cabinets are modular and adaptable to the desired configuration in terms of shelf type (inclined/straight/sliding) and positioning in the cabinet.

Audio and visual alerts inform users in the event of an anomaly (tools stored at the wrong location, calibration date approaching or exceeded, loan duration exceeded, etc.).

Fitted with 4 electrical sockets, the smart cabinets are able to recharge portable electrical devices during storage.

Our self-inventorying & connected XD and XDS Roller Cabinets

Our smart XD and XDs RFID Roller Cabinets enable detection and traceability of all types of industrial equipment, from very small tool tracking (sockets, end caps, etc.) to pneumatic devices, including specific tools requiring calibration. Each operation is tracked via an automated real-time inventory, ensuring 100% tracking for up to 400 RFID tools* for the XD model (150 for the XDs model). This inventory is connected to the IS (Information System), and can therefore be accessed remotely.
Our Roller Cabinets are available in two different models: large capacity (XD) and small capacity (XDs). Five drawer configurations (from 4 to 8 drawers) with two drawer sizes are available. Audio and visual alerts inform users in the event of an anomaly (tools stored at the wrong location, calibration date approaching or exceeded, loan duration exceeded, etc.).

XP RFID Portal

Our XP RFID smart portals are ideal for a warehouse RFID solution, enabling detection and traceability, on entry and exit, of all types of industrial equipment, large or small.
To achieve this, each piece of equipment is detected through real-time automatic or semi-automatic inventory automated or semi-automated real-time inventory. By connecting to the Information System, this inventory can be accessed remotely.
Our RFID are available in several models of smart portals: 1 or 2 doors, single or multiple modules (tunnel).

Mobile Asset Tracking (MAT)

Our NEXCAP® MAT mobile solutions consist of a tablet, a NEXESS application, and a mobile RFID (radio-frequency identification) reader. This combination is an optimal industrial IoT solution, ensuring the security and traceability of all types of industrial equipment, regardless of its on-site position or size. Each operation is tracked semi-automatically in real time thanks to the functionalities of the on-board application: consultation, inventory, movement, regulatory controls, physical search.

NEXCAP® IOT

NEXCAP® IOT collects data from the various NEXESS radio-frequency identification products. It can also collect data from third-party products, such as geolocation solutions, sensors, and other connected cabinets. It therefore provides collection and processing functions, in order to show the various products on a web interface accessible from a web terminal connected to the NEXESS server. This web interface enables real-time supervision (dashboard, mapping, alerts, histories) and management (user, tracked equipment, products, rights). Modular and scalable, NEXCAP® IOT easily interfaces with the multiple Information Systems of each site, and is available in SaaS mode.
